HMM Distributors is proud of its Customer Service Philosophy, and our Delivery service is a large part of how we are able to serve our customers.
DELIVERY SERVICE – within G.T.A. (see our delivery areas)
HMM Distributors is pleased to offer delivery service at no cost for all customer orders over $100.00 before taxes. 
A standard delivery fee of $25.00 will be applied to all orders under $100.00 before taxes.
Orders over $50.00 before taxes, but under $100.00 before taxes can be picked up at our warehouse location (390 Canarctic Drive).

DELIVERY SERVICE – beyond the G.T.A. (see delivery boundaries)
HMM Distributors offers delivery services to areas outside of the G.T.A., including Kitchener, Hamilton, and Ottawa.

HMM Distributors strives to fulfill its customer orders within 2 business days for all in-stock items.
DELIVERY TIMELINES – Special Orders
HMM Distributors is proud of its ability to accommodate special orders and requests from our customers.   Our staff will discuss delivery timelines with you for your special order.
DELIVERY TIMELINES – Custom Orders
Whether you are ordering closet doors, counter-tops, carpet runners, or any other custom orders, HMM Distributors will advise you of estimated delivery times when we confirm your order.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
Customers of HMM Distributors are responsible for inspection of the merchandise when it is delivered. As such, please check the contents before you accept and sign for them.
 
If there is damage, please advise the driver, do not accept product and notify our office immediately. Our customer service staff will facilitate resolving the matter and sending undamaged product as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 
MISSING SHIPMENT
If your shipment does not arrive when you expect it, or is missing any product, please call us immediately so we can follow-up as quickly as possible.
 
Please remember that, by signing our packing slip, you are acknowledging that all products ordered have been received and are in good order.
 
If we have documentation that your shipment was delivered to you, such as a signed packing slip, we may not take responsibility for missing products.
 
All concerns will be investigated and responded to when resolved, which we aim to do within 3 business days.
 
“SHIP TO” ADDRESS
 
When you place your order, please confirm the “ship to” or delivery address. We are not liable for a failed delivery to an incorrect address.
 
THIRD PARTY SHIPPING
If your shipment requires we use a third party shipping company, there may be extra charges based on the company used. Any extra costs will be determined before the order is shipped, and you will be informed of what they are.
 
Once the shipment leaves the distribution warehouse, the risk and ownership of the merchandise
being shipped belongs to you, the customer.  If you would like to have your shipment insured against damage or loss, call us before your order is complete.
